Appointment Policy

Booking and consultations

For the best service, please book in advance. Walk-ins are welcome when appointments are available. Book online or call your preferred location. Colour and balayage services should have a consultation first.

Deposits

Haircut appointments require a $25 deposit. Colour, perm and other chemical services require a $100 deposit. Amounts are in Canadian dollars.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please notify your location by phone or email at least 24 hours before your appointment. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit serves as the cancellation fee.

Arriving late

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is considered cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. Please contact your salon as soon as you know you may be late.

Service guarantee

SEEFU does not provide refunds for services. If you are not satisfied, please let your location know within 7 days so the team can discuss a remedy. Any correction appointment should be scheduled within 21 days of the original appointment; additional fees may apply after that period.
