Wave perm, digital perm or straightening?
Both Canadian locations list wave perms, digital perms and straight perms. They serve different goals, and availability for a particular length or hair condition should be confirmed with your stylist. A loose wave usually still needs an appropriate drying method; straightening also needs a plan for new growth.
Previous bleach matters.
Tell us about all previous bleach, colour, straightening and at-home chemical treatments, including work on lengths that are still present. Not every combination is suitable. Your stylist may recommend a test, a more conservative change or postponing a service when the hair cannot support the intended result.
